This role welcomes experienced case managers directly into a fast-paced work environment that offers complex and specialist residential, investment & commercial mortgage advice to clients. Integrity and resilience required.

The role will involve teamwork alongside a dedicated mortgage adviser, supporting and guiding clients from an initial mortgage conversation, submitting mortgage applications, and processing all cases through to completion - maintaining a service deserving of our consistent 5* customer testimonials.

What do you need?

• 1 years+ experience in a similar role – preferably in financial services but not a necessity
• Tenacity & willingness to roll sleeves

• Integrity & Resilience
• Impeccable telephone manner
