Redemption Roasters Victoria Station - Barista / Cafe Assistant

This year we’re growing fast, and we are now looking for Barista/Cafe Assistants to join our opening team at our new Redemption Roasters Victoria Station store!

While speciality coffee experience is preferred, it’s not required — we can provide training.

What matters most is your positivity and passion for hospitality, a willingness to learn, get involved, and hustle.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend availability essential.

Efficiently handle multiple tasks, working effectively in all areas of the cafe including operating the coffee machine, serving customers, and assembling sandwiches.

Customer Awareness:
Stay attentive to customers’ needs and aware of the cafe environment, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone.

Operational Support:
Get involved in all parts of the cafe, supporting various functions and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
