An established industry player is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to provide expert consultancy and advice to HR functions. This pivotal role involves developing and maintaining HR guidance to ensure compliance and consistency across the business. As Employee Relations Manager/Professional you will be responsible for providing employee relations consultancy and advice to Human Resource (HR) functions. You will also develop and maintain HR guidance and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency across the business, while leading and driving standardization and simplification.
