Residential / Commercial Valuation Surveyors (zero hours consultancy offering, under their PI)

Established over ten years ago, my client is an independent multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors offering a wide range of professional services.

In addition, they have a network across the country of around 100 consultancy valuation Surveyors carrying out secured lending valuation work under their PI.

The bulk of their valuation work is residential, with the rest being commercial. If you are residential only or commercial only, they will possibly still be interested in speaking with you, so feel welcome to apply.

Key information:

• 50/50 split offering.
• Work under their PI (£2,000,000).
• They offer zero-hour agreements, giving you the ability to accept or decline work.
• 100 consultants across England and Wales.
• Main clients are bridging finance lenders, mainly carrying out residential valuations; however, they also offer MUFT, portfolio, HMO, light development, development, commercial, and semi-commercial valuations.
• SLA times for residential are two days after inspection; anything over this would be 5 days after inspection.
• In terms of subscriptions, they provide their valuers with Rightmove, CoStar, and updated BCIS.
• Average residential fee to the valuer is £375; however, this is an average and not a true reflection of fees earned (they are happy to provide additional insight for your specific location).
• The lead would come to you directly; you would then call the applicant and book in the report depending on your diary.
• They also offer their consultants a very experienced in-house admin team to assist you with compliance, quotations through to completions.

All figures quoted above are approximate, and there may be additional car allowance/bonus payments.
