Job Title: HR Assistant
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £23,000 - £25,500
Location: Hybrid working, offices in Derby
Job Description:
Provide HR advice in regards to policies and procedures
Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager
Assist HR team to co-ordinate and oversee the end to end lifecycle of recruitment, starters, leavers, pre-employment checks, workforce changes across all locations.
Assist with Recruitment Campaigns
Maintain data accuracy
Note taking at meetings, including disciplinary and grievance hearings
Work to continuously improve the HR services to enhance organisational performance
Maintain accurate Training records and co-ordinate and arrange training for employees
Assist with the monitoring of long and short term absence
The Successful Applicant:
HR qualification, degree or CIPD desirable but not essential
Previous role in a HR team and excellent administrative skills
Must have a positive personality, excellent communication and listening skills
Must have a positive approach to work and remain professional
Able to work with various teams across an organisation
