Mobile Plumber - Central London - £44,000 + Overtime
Location: Central London
Salary: £44,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)
PRS is actively seeking a Mobile Plumber to maintain a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings across Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance efficiently
- Carry out basin & tap replacements and general plumbing works
- Conduct fire alarm checks, emergency lighting, hot & cold water maintenance
- Work on FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS, and risers
- Handle minor fabric works (e.g., fixing broken doors/locks)
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) in Plumbing
- Previous commercial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of water treatment, HVAC systems, and FCUs
- Ability to participate in an on-call rota
- Strong customer service skills for a corporate client-facing environment
