Join DCS Group as a National Account Manager and work directly with some of the world’s most iconic brands in Health, Beauty, and Household products! With a reputation as a leading Distributor, Manufacturer, and Exporter, DCS is a partner of industry giants like Procter & Gamble, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson, and we’re on a mission to grow further. Our expanding team needs a dynamic National Account Manager to help drive our ambitious goals. This opportunity is on a 12 month contract and sits within our Retail channel.

Operating from our Banbury Head Office and our cutting-edge Health & Beauty manufacturing site in Redditch, DCS Group is committed to excellence. As a National Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute customer strategies, taking full ownership of customer relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Deliver supplier objectives and negotiate effective Joint Business Plans (JBP) that exceed sales and margin targets
  • Build comprehensive account models with a strategic long-term focus, tracking ROI on customer investments
  • Provide key insights through EPOS data tracking, competitor analysis, and in-depth customer understanding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of account initiatives and category growth
