About Our Client

This client is a leading women's health charity, based in London.

Job Description

  • Create and monitor progression of educational content across digital audiences.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts, researchers, and healthcare providers to gather data and produce insight.
  • Community management - outreach via meaningful and targeted content via digital channels to community groups.
  • Grow communities from minority groups with an encouraging and trusting nature, promoting a culture of inclusivity and engagement.
  • Engage communities with group initiatives, online activities, and develop strategies to retain these communities.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders around event engagement and policy updates.
  • Partner with specialists, medical professionals, and advocates to create webinars, workshops, and other initiatives focused on the community.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness through case studies, interviews, and digital reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working in a grassroots organization - social justice, public health, women's health, etc.
  • Highly experienced with community engagement within the sector, understanding inclusive language, fostering a trusting environment.
  • Digital communications and events expert.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
