Are you an experienced procurement professional ready to make a strategic impact? We're seeking a Group Procurement Manager to join a leading manufacturing and engineering solutions provider. This is an opportunity to take ownership of sourcing and supplier management for central functions, driving value and innovation across a dynamic, growing organisation.

In this role, you'll:

  1. Lead market analysis, manage RFx processes, and oversee strategic supplier relationships tied to core Capex spend.
  2. Enhance supplier performance, simplify supply chains, and deliver measurable outcomes for the business.
  3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organisational goals, while championing sustainability and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop sourcing strategies that balance risk, reward, and ROI, delivering clear value to stakeholders.
  2. Manage internal requirements, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met through effective communication and negotiation.
  3. Drive supply chain efficiency by reducing supplier complexity and maximising value extraction.
  4. Promote innovation and sustainability, reporting on benefits and strategic trade-offs.

Who You Are:
  1. A seasoned procurement expert with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management (Facilities/IT experience preferred).
  2. An excellent communicator with strong presentation and collaboration skills, comfortable engaging at all levels.
  3. Analytical and strategic, with hands-on experience in end-to-end RFx processes - from market analysis to supplier management.
  4. Persuasive and proactive, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  5. Knowledge of global supply chains and international trade regulations is a plus, but not essential.

This is a rare chance to join a forward-thinking company where your expertise will shape supplier performance and contribute to group-wide success. If you thrive in a role that combines strategy, stakeholder engagement, and tangible results, we'd love to hear from you.
