Job Title: Data Center Construction Superintendent

Our client values collaboration and strives to exceed client expectations while fostering strong relationships within the community. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join their team and help with data center construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct workflow on-site in alignment with the project schedule, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Oversee on-site safety programs, ensuring prompt reporting and investigation of incidents.
Maintain a comprehensive daily log of all activities, site conditions, and manage the punch list for project closeout.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and enforce the project schedule while adhering to installation methods and quality benchmarks.
Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and community stakeholders to enhance business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or business; additional relevant experience may substitute.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction, preferably with a general contractor working on data centers.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building practices, and project management methodologies.
Proficient in project-specific software, including Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, and BlueBeam.
OSHA 30 Certification; ability to perform physical tasks associated with jobsite conditions.
