We are looking for a candidate with a networking/IT background willing to work as an on-site application engineer. The on-site Engineer participates predominantly in the deployment, maintenance, performance, and monitoring activities. It is a diverse role that also encompasses elements of Infrastructure and application support in close cooperation with the authority’s representatives and KTC internal teams.

Your profile:
Higher education with IT background (University degree is an asset).
At least 5 years of experience in application support.
Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and ticketing systems.
Experience with automation and scripting, knowledge of programming languages.
Knowledge of cloud.
Possess or be able to obtain BPSS clearance or higher.
Advanced level of English.
Team-oriented with a willingness to mentor junior team members and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Ability to diagnose complex issues, prioritize, and implement effective solutions.
Ability to proactively engage with clients, listen to feedback along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced with Intelligent Transportation Systems (nice-to-have).
