Supporting a small team of exceptional HRBP’s, the hire will take ownership of multiple tasks such as new hire onboarding, organising appraisals/probation/performance reviews, internal / international mobility, advising on legislation and exit processes, offer approvals, HR policy & documentation review etc. He/she will be the first point of contact on all ‘HR Operations matters’.

The role extends to project work, focused on the continued buildout of the HR function and/or more specifically automating BAU processes – the hire will continually look to identify opportunities to optimize global business processes related to the employee life cycle, creating areas of automation, self-service and efficiencies through innovation, tools and systems management and enablement.

Candidates should have 5-15 years experience in financial services HR, with a weighting towards ‘HR Operations’. Candidates should ideally have strong academics and additional qualifications such as CIPD. Solid project / automation experience is preferred.
