Position: HR Assistant Administration
Location: London - Remote
Salary: £25,000 per annum

We’re currently looking for an HR Assistant to join us on a permanent basis, working remotely.

As an HR Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for all people-related matters, managing the recruitment and payroll elements of our charity.

You will provide advice and guidance to managers on policies, procedures, and employment law, supporting the HR Consultant and Head of Operations and Finance on a range of projects.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Prepares and amends HR documents, e.g., employment contracts
  2. Keeping policies and procedures up to date
  3. Monitoring holidays, absence, and lieu time
  4. Arranging board meetings
