Job description

Staffline is recruiting for Order Pickers within their busy Warehouse at our client based in Goole.

The rates of pay are as follows:

  1. First 12 weeks - from £11.44 per hour to £17.16 per hour
  2. After 12 weeks - from £12.58 per hour to £17.90 per hour

Long-term regular work on afternoon shifts available, predominantly from Monday to Friday.

Your Time at Work

As an Order Picker, your duties include:
  1. Ensuring correct goods are picked as per requests
  2. Some lifting and physical moving of product is a requirement of the role
  3. Working to targets
  4. Operating PPT

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have:
  1. Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
  2. Some previous experience in pick, loading, and MHE operation
  3. A keen eye for detail to ensure correct goods are always picked
  4. Display a good attitude and conduct themselves in a professional manner
  5. Be reliable, have good timekeeping skills, and be prepared to be flexible
  6. Work to an accurate standard ensuring quality is met
  7. Be structured and able to work on their own initiative or work as part of a team
