This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced building services Supervisor to work for a leading, established FM contractor specialising in a broad range of projects & contracts.

Duties include:

1. Scheduling and packaging jobs for subcontractors
2. Management of planned and reactive maintenance on site
3. Oversee day to day compliance and H&S on site
4. Carry out periodic checks and associated compliance
5. Ensuring all works completed are in line with RAMS as appropriate
6. Client liaison
7. Signing off mechanical & electrical works (must have a relevant qualification)
8. Arranging trades on site for project work

Must have qualifications / certifications:

1. SSSTS or SMSTS
2. Professional qualification
3. Previous building services experience
4. Supervisory experience essential
