Location: Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Seagreen

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our UK Service team in the Northeast of Scotland. Based offshore on one of our service operation vessels (SOV), the Shift Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the windfarm from the vessel on a rotational basis, encompassing HSE, production performance, operations and maintenance, and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for all offshore operations: production planning, planning and implementation of servicing and maintenance plans.
• Employee line management and development & weekly and monthly performance reporting.
• Maintaining code of conduct, discipline, and culture on the SOV.
• Facilitate SOV technical focus, team meetings, and strategy deployment.
• Turbine inspections, safety walks, and auditing.
• Participate in morning briefings and toolbox talks.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems gained in the offshore industry.
• Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering - NVQ L4 / HNC / HND / Degree / C&G technical.
• Good English skills both oral and written.
• Full driver's license.
• Good time management.
• Safety focused with quality in mind.

Additional information: The primary work location will be offshore on an SOV on a 2 Week on / 2 Week Off rotation sailing from our operations and maintenance base in Montrose, Scotland.
