My client is an ambitious, growing and dynamic SME within non-food FMCG who have a fantastic range of Brands with extensive NPD each year.

Job Description

  • Develop and Implement a Global Sales Strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Lead, mentor and manage a NAM/SNAM's to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Drive revenue growth through new market penetration, existing market expansion and optimisation of sales process
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across international markets
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities
  • Foster a culture of high performance, motivation and continuous improvement within the sales team

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven sales experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a global or multinational FMCG Environment
  • Strong track record of developing and executing international sales strategies and achieving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead high-performing sales team
  • Experience across high street and grocery retailers
