Cardiac Scrub Theatre Practitioner

Shifts: 4 or 5 days a week, Monday-Saturday.

We are looking for a Scrub Theatre Practitioner with strong Cardiac experience to join our Theatre department at The Wellington Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC. The theatres across our facilities provide a vibrant, exciting and professional environment where the advanced equipment and technology is second to none.
The Wellington Hospital provides the highest level of care for patients who are looking for the best treatment in key areas of healthcare, including: neurosurgery, spinal surgery, cardiac care, orthopaedics, acute neurological rehabilitation, gynaecology, and cancer care. They have 11 theatres across 3 buildings covering multiple surgical specialties. Successful candidates will be part of a large theatre team of experienced professionals. The Wellington Hospital has a successful track record of career progression, offering support and development to those seeking to aspire higher or widen their knowledge, including offering a Surgical First Assistant Course.
As a Theatre Practitioner, you will cover both Theatres and Cardiac Cath Labs. You will support individuals and teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients.
