IT Support Technician

With 22 branches and 2 distribution hubs, we offer a comprehensive range of ventilation system components from ducts, silencers and diffusers, to fans, fire dampers, demand-controlled ventilation and chilled beams.

The Role – IT Support Technician

Based at our Head Office in Northampton, you will, as our IT Support Technician, provide telephone, email, MS Teams and in-person IT support to 300 end users.

The successful candidate will require experience and knowledge of:

1. Windows OS (Server and Desktop)
2. Android
3. MDM (Mobile Device Management)
4. Gamma Horizon or other cloud-based telephony
5. LindAX (Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0) or other ERP system
6. Microsoft Office and HP/Canon Printers.
