  6. Working closely with a small, dynamic showroom team in a fast-paced environment

About You:

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a customer-facing sales environment and a natural flair for interior design or visual aesthetics. A keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer needs are essential.

You will also need:

  1. A proactive, self-motivated approach
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Strong numeracy and basic IT skills
  4. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Benefits Include:

  2. Extra day off for your birthday after 1 year of service
  3. All bank holidays off, plus 3 days over Christmas including Christmas Eve
  4. Private healthcare after 3 years of service
  5. Employee discount scheme
  6. Cycle to Work and optional pension schemes
  7. Death in service cover
  8. Paid travel for duties outside standard location
  9. Induction and continuous training
  10. Employee Assistance Programme access

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building genuine customer relationships and working in a stylish, design-led retail environment.

Hours of Work: 9.30am-5.30pm (Monday to Saturday). Showroom employees have one weekday off every week. Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
