HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
We have a fantastic new opportunity to lead the Accounts & Deposits Team within our Business Transaction Banking team (BTB), part of the wider Business & Commercial Banking (BCB) division.
Reporting to the Managing Director of BTB, you'll be accountable for building, developing and leading this team and working with the wider Leadership Team to develop a winning strategy in an area vital to helping UK businesses prosper.
The Accounts & Deposits Team encompasses all of BCB’s mainstream Business Current Account, Liquidity and Overdraft products, and responsibilities span end to end product management: strategy development and execution, risk and regulatory control, P&L management, senior SME input into and approval of change backlog prioritisation and implementation, commercialisation and pricing optimisation, etc.
