You will be responsible for processing sales orders, coordinating with dispatch teams, liaising with third-party logistics providers, and managing customs documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders received from both wholesale platforms and retail stores.

• Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

• Logistics Management: Coordinate with third-party transport suppliers to arrange delivery of orders.

• Customs Documentation: Prepare and process necessary customs documentation to facilitate international shipments.

• Operational Support: Provide support to the wider operations team, contributing to process improvement and problem-solving.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Proven experience in a busy dispatch or logistics environment is essential

• IT Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in software systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
