Supporting teachers in delivering educational programmes
Assisting with planning and preparing learning activities
Working with small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts
Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour monitoring
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Minimum Qualifications
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Understanding of educational principles and practices
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Good organisational and time management skills
First Aid certification
Additional relevant qualifications in education or child development
Working Conditions
Work primarily within a school setting
Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
Potential for some additional evening or weekend work for school events
