Job description

Joining our team as the People Change Partner, candidates will be providing expertise to our Repairs and Maintenance leadership teams as they go through a large-scale change programme.

In this role, they will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support to ensure the successful delivery of change management, including restructures and TUPE transfers. Efforts will focus on effective engagement, cultural development, and supporting impactful communication strategies.

They will collaborate with the wider People team and operational leaders to facilitate positive change management, ensuring an enhanced colleague experience.

This hybrid role enables work from home, with the requirement for meeting attendance with our operational teams. Ideally based in the South West to support this role.

Ideal candidates
  1. Will hold CIPD Level 7 / HR Management Degree or equivalent related qualification. Likely have Chartered MCIPD status too.
  2. Have a background of Workplace Mediation (ACAS or equivalent) and/or Restorative Practice experience.
  3. Will bring extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice, confidently guiding leaders to effectively manage their teams.
  4. Will also have considerable experience in supporting leaders through organisational change, providing confident advice, mindful of risks whilst remaining focused on the long-term plan.
  5. As travel will be required for the role, they will hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Our main office HUBS are in Devizes, Andover, Frome, Ferndown, Wareham, and Weymouth.
