An established industry player is seeking a People Change Partner to lead change management efforts in a dynamic environment. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring collaboration with leadership teams on large-scale change programs. The ideal candidate will possess a CIPD Level 7 qualification and have extensive experience in employment law and workplace mediation. You will play a crucial role in enhancing colleague experiences through effective engagement and communication strategies. Joining our team as the People Change Partner, candidates will be providing expertise to our Repairs and Maintenance leadership teams as they go through a large-scale change programme.
In this role, they will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support to ensure the successful delivery of change management, including restructures and TUPE transfers. Efforts will focus on effective engagement, cultural development, and supporting impactful communication strategies.
They will collaborate with the wider People team and operational leaders to facilitate positive change management, ensuring an enhanced colleague experience.
This hybrid role enables work from home, with the requirement for meeting attendance with our operational teams. Ideally based in the South West to support this role.
Our main office HUBS are in Devizes, Andover, Frome, Ferndown, Wareham, and Weymouth.
