About House of CB

House of CB is a leading luxury fashion brand renowned for empowering, trend-setting designs. From our signature curve-hugging dresses to ready-to-wear collections, we thrive on creativity and innovation. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong digital and print skills, a passion for fashion references, and experience in social media content creation to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Print Design

- Create visually striking and on-brand designs for digital campaigns, including website, emails and newsletters.

- Develop high-quality print materials such as lookbooks, packaging, marketing collateral, and in-store visuals.

- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to deliver assets that align with campaign strategies

Social Media Content

- Design engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels.

- Support the Marketing team in creating motion graphics and animations to enhance content performance.

- Develop visually cohesive templates and graphics that align with brand aesthetics and current trends.

Fashion-Inspired Creativity

- Leverage cultural and fashion references to create innovative designs that reflect House of CB’s luxury identity.

- Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh, forward-thinking concepts.

- Collaborate closely with the Art Director to ensure designs meet brand and creative standards.

Collaboration

- Work with cross-functional teams, including e-com, and marketing to ensure execution across all channels.

- Provide creative support for internal projects.

3D Design (Occasional)

- Support the creative process with basic 3D renders for packaging, store visuals and social media campaign

Qualifications & Skills

Design Expertise

- A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work, focusing on fashion or luxury brands.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Proficiency in Figma

- Basic knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus but not essential.

Fashion & Cultural Awareness

- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and lifestyle aesthetics.

- Experience working within the fashion industry or a similar creative sector is highly desirable.

Social Media Expertise

- Knowledge of platform-specific best practices and design trends.

- Experience with creating motion graphics or interactive content is a bonus.

Creative Problem-Solver

- Conceptual thinking and an eye for detail.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.

Collaboration & Communication

- Teamwork and communication skills.

- Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting to the direction provided by the Art Director & Head of Marketing.
