Food and Beverage Attendant

Mill Green is seeking Front Of House staff for their busy golf club. The role involves working with customers, fellow staff, and management to ensure a great customer experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role. Responsibilities

1. Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
2. Providing information and assistance to customers in person or on the phone
3. Fun and outgoing personality
4. Great customer service skills
5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, which will include weekends and evenings
6. Duties include serving customers, taking orders, clearing tables, cashing up, and generally following company procedures
7. Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
8. Maintaining clean and organized front-of-house areas
