Senior Full Stack Engineer

£95k - £100k

UK - Fully remote

Unlimited annual leave

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for our client, a Cyber focused start-up, on a fully remote basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in Cyber Security. Alongside a starting salary of between £95k- £100k, they have some excellent benefits including unlimited annual leave and equity in the business. For this role you MUST be resident and eligible to work in the UK, unsupported by a visa.

You will join a dynamic applications team, helping organisations understand potential vulnerabilities in real-time.

Responsibilities:

• As a senior engineer, the role involves working across both the backend and frontend of customer-facing systems.
• Lead the Integrations Project, defining and implementing a scalable integration strategy as the platform expands.
• Design and define normalisation or standardisation layers to support the rapid development and deployment of new integrations.
• Develop data workflows to manage the flow of information between the platform and various integration types.
• Address complex technology and data challenges, including handling large volumes of data and ensuring clients can control their data and related processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technologies:

• Integration normalisation layer: Python, Go, Typescript
• Client frontend: React.js, Typescript
• Database: MySQL
• Additional technologies: ECS, Kubernetes, Airflow, Kafka, Serverless, AWS

Ideal Experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience collaborating with clients to gather and analyse requirements for integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Proven ability to establish and implement core SOPs for building integrations, facilitating rapid deployment.
• Expertise in managing various types of integrations (push, pull, bidirectional syncs) across platforms such as cloud services, RBVM, and diverse data sources.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience setting up integrations across different providers.
• Familiarity with engaging enterprise clients and understanding their requirements.
• Experience developing integrations for cybersecurity technologies.
• Exposure to an Agile environment with a solid DevOps culture.
