Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper - PART TIME AND FULLY REMOTE!


Pay: £20-£22 per hour


Temporary - Ongoing position


Fully Remote!

Duties


  • Organise budgets for Retail, Marketing, and Buying, tracking all incoming and outgoing transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including receipts, bank statements, and credit forms.
  • Reconcile cash transactions and align with bank statements.
  • Conduct weekly reconciliations and prepare and submit VAT returns.
  • Generate weekly retail sales reports for management.

Requirements


  • Minimum 7 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong experience using Xero and QuickBooks (essential).
  • Prior experience in retail, marketing, or buying bookkeeping is highly desirable.
  • Bookkeeping certifications (AAT, ICB, or ACCA) are desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
