Customer Service Assistant / Delivery Driver- Castlemilk Convenience

We are looking for experienced and talented Customer Service Assistant/Delivery Driver to join our Store, Castlemilk Convenience.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant/Delivery Driver, your role will include:

• Picking, preparing, and delivering home delivery orders.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Ensuring the store is fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised.
• Complying with all company policies and processes.
• Ensuring the store achieves its KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
• Completing cash preparation as per company procedures.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years driving experience and no more than 6 points on your licence.
• The ability to pick, prepare, load the van, and deliver orders across all times of the day from 6am till 10pm.
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to use a smartphone/tablet and home delivery app.
