Job Title: Senior Specifications Technologist

Location: Bottesford, Leicestershire

Salary: Up To 38,000

Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

1. Legislation along with customer codes of practice
2. Customer Questionnaire
3. Raw Material OR Finished Product Specifications
4. Documentation of procedures
5. Liaising with suppliers
6. Supplier Approval
7. Liaising with Internal & External Departments on Specification Compliance

The Candidate:

1. Degree in Food Safety/Food Science/Food Technology or Similar.
2. Experience Writing Specifications within the food industry (Desirable)
3. Experience in any technical role within the food industry (Essential)
