Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Faversham

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined environmental company who provide excellent design services to the commercial, residential care home, domestic and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Architectural Design team in their Faversham offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice as well as needing to have obtained a degree within Architectural Technology. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and have good up to date knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist
• ACIAT or MCIAT qualification would be desirable
• Good knowledge of current building regulations
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Passion for good design and providing great customer service
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driver’s license
