We are hiring on behalf of our client for an Equity & ETF Operations Specialist role based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team, managing the full trade lifecycle and ensuring smooth settlement processes across global markets.

About the Role: This position involves overseeing trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation for Equities & ETFs, working closely with traders, brokers, custodians, and clearing houses. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in operational workflows, process automation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation for Equities & ETFs.
• Work with traders, APs, custodians, and internal teams to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Enhance operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with market standards and settlement regulations.
• Handle corporate actions, trade breaks, and static data maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in ETF and Equity operations within a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of settlement cycles, corporate actions, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with DTC, Euroclear, CREST, and other clearing systems.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
