Senior Architectural Technician

Location: Reading

Salary: £40-45,000 DOE

A well-established and award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join its Reading studio. The practice operates across a range of sectors, including residential, retail, office, mixed-use, leisure, and logistics, utilising both Revit and AutoCAD in its projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist senior team members in technical project stages.
  2. Ensure adherence to strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  3. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  4. Utilise Revit and AutoCAD; training can be provided if necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Degree in Architectural Technology or a relevant HNC/HND.
  2. Substantial UK-based experience.
  3. Strong technical skills demonstrated in a supporting portfolio.
  4. Relevant project experience in sectors such as residential, retail, office, mixed-use, leisure, and logistics.
  5. Residence in or within commuting distance to Reading.
