We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Hospital Security Officer to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. As a Hospital Security Officer, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Site patrols
2. Complete daily reports of accidents or incidents and ensure the necessary action is taken
3. Maintain and issue ID badges and the associated database
4. CCTV monitoring
5. Alarm monitoring
6. Car Park management
7. Assist in preventing acts of violence, crime, or disorder
8. Undertaking necessary restraints and control in a professional and legal manner

Our Ideal Security Officer Healthcare Will:

1. Be passionate about the safety of patients, visitors, and healthcare staff, with the ability to communicate effectively
2. Have an understanding of a range of routine work procedures and protocols
3. Possess excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
4. Be able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
5. Be confident working in a hospital environment and aware that at times you will come into contact with patients that are particularly unwell or showing signs of distress
6. Be computer literate
