You will need:

1. A minimum of NVQ2 having completed a full apprenticeship with a recognised body
2. Minimum of one year experience on the salon floor
3. A strong desire to complete NVQ3 and continue to develop knowledge and skills through further training and professional development
4. Proficient in a variety of cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Experience with Raccoon Extensions is a plus, but not required – we provide full training
