As a Sales Advisor based in our Battersea branch you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
  2. Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously with a proactive attitude along with general office duties.
  3. Picking items out of the warehouse for customers when they arrive in branch.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota 8am - 12noon.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  1. Plumbing & Heating or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
  2. Sales or customer service experience.
  3. Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch.
  4. Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
