About this role

As a Senior Marketing Analyst in our UK Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in reporting on marketing KPIs and driving actionable insights that directly influence key decisions across our marketing department. You will support longer term strategic Marketing initiatives aimed at driving trading performance across our UK business. This is not just a numbers role – it’s about making an impact, crafting compelling stories from data, and empowering the business to thrive in a competitive landscape.

This is a hands-on technical role, where you will own and deliver performance analyses, uncover rapid insights on critical topics, and continuously develop & enhance our reporting suite. Working closely with key stakeholders, including both local and global marketing and data functions, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to drive data-driven success.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
  • Lead Marketing Analysis: Drive the analytics workstream for performance marketing and media in particular, identifying trends and uncovering insights that inform business performance and decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain a suite of trading reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Insights Delivery: Provide rapid, actionable insights on key trading topics to inform strategy and execution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both the UK marketing department and senior leadership to frame business questions, deliver meaningful analyses, and ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Visual Storytelling: Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker or Sheets) to create impactful reports and tools that empower better marketing decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes, tools, and methodologies to keep our marketing insights sharp and effective.
What will you bring to the table?
  • You’ve experience analysing and optimising both ATL and BTL communications, especially Media channels.
  • You’ve used causal attribution (e.g. Multi touch attribution) & MMM to analyse and optimise spend.
  • You’ve owned and delivered an incrementality testing plan to drive performance.
  • You’ve analysed and optimised customer experience & relevance/personalisation across multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of business performance drivers, with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings (Advanced SQL knowledge is a requirement).
  • Skilled in data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Evidence of developing reporting tools and delivering analyses that drive better trading decisions.
  • Skilled in partnering with cross-functional teams and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
