You will remove obstacles and build commercial pathways between our essential technology and customers, empowering them to achieve scientific and technological breakthroughs in key global industries. What You’ll Do

- Leverage the Fortive Business System (FBS) to drive alignment, growth, and productivity to deliver on strategic and operational goals
- Collaborate with commercial leaders to pinpoint and comprehend the primary challenges and pain points within the organization
- Cultivate FBS culture and talent by developing FBS champions and ambassadors
- Maintain robust kaizen funnels and ensure strategic kaizens are executed effectively in every region
- Ensure that commercial kaizens are successful and produce impactful results
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing stakeholders with strategic business recommendations to drive informed decision-making and achieve organizational goals
- Design and implement scalable processes and policies that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, serving as an expert in the FBS to drive operational excellence and efficiency
- Enhance the global funnel management process
- Support policy deployment and other critical growth initiatives

- Possess a strong understanding of commercial environments, project management best practices, and scalable business practices
- Proven ability to dissect complex problems, develop unique solutions, and apply effective strategies to overcome obstacles
- Ability to lead others through influence by developing trust and credibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying complex information to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and facilitate complex problem-solving processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills for establishing successful working relationships across various organizational levels
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet organizational objectives and deadlines

Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 4+ years of experience leading continuous improvement and transformative initiatives
- 2+ years in sales, sales operations, business development, or engineering (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma or FBS Champion certification (preferred)
