Job description

As a Mobile Response Officer, you will be working within Birmingham and surrounding areas where you will be visiting our clients' sites to complete various tasks (locks, unlocks, patrols or alarm response).

56 hours per week

7 on, 3 off, 7 on and 4 off

Driving Licence essential

  • You will report directly to the Mobile Team Leader during your shift.
  • Overtime is available.
  • Company vehicle provided for carrying out duties.

Mobile Patrols: Conduct regular patrols across multiple sites to monitor security and identify any potential issues.

Key Holding: Take responsibility for managing and safeguarding site keys.

Locks and Unlocks: Perform lock and unlock duties as required, securing premises at the beginning and end of shifts. This ensures that all access points are properly secured, minimising risks of unauthorised entry.

Alarm Response: Respond promptly to alarm activations, assessing situations quickly and taking appropriate action. This may involve contacting emergency services if necessary and ensuring the safety of the site and its occupants.

Escort Duties: Safely escort staff or visitors to and from various locations when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • SIA Licence
  • Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • 5-year checkable work or education history
  • Mobile Security preferred, but not essential, as full training will be given
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Willing to work in a team
  • Trustworthy
  • Good organisational skills
  • Reliable and customer focused with a commitment to exemplary service
