To select & hire top level talent for all open positions at The Palace Group.

  • The Recruiter is responsible for screening, interviewing, testing, background checking and referring qualified applicants for all open positions at The Palace at Weston.
  • Create professional relationships with universities, nursing, culinary & technical schools.
  • Attend Job Fairs at universities and professional schools.
  • Create a “Waiting List” of candidates who are interested in employment at The Palace.
  • Research for trending new efficient tools of sourcing applicants and advertising The Palace open positions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in recruiting, preferably in the Healthcare or Hospitality industry.
  • Skilled in interviewing techniques both in person or over the phone.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have previous experience in making judgments and decisions; organized, detail-oriented, accurate, thorough, personable, patient, and flexible.
  • High level of active listening with the ability to process the information, leading to meaningful interviewing questions & follow-up.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
  • High level of integrity & energy.
  • Able to travel locally when necessary to career fairs.
