Role: Waiting on - Fine Dining

Contract: Part Time, Casual contract

Hourly Rate: From £11.03 up to £12.35 per hour

Carden Park Hotel are looking for passionate team members to join The Vines restaurant. We have a variety of shifts available that would suit those looking for either full or part time roles. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a love for food and drink, then we would love to meet you!

Your day with team Carden:

• Promote a helpful and professional image to the customer, giving full co-operation to any customer requiring attention.
• Attend to all customer queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, with commitment to dealing with issues positively.
• Anticipate customer needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service offered, ensuring customer loyalty is maintained.
• Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure the customer is treated correctly the first time and every time.
• Compile feedback of guests' comments throughout the evening and inform the Hostess. Refer any negative issues to the Manager on duty.
• Deliver impeccable customer service and demonstrate social perceptiveness.

The hours available are over a shift pattern of Thursday - Sunday.
