An established industry player is seeking a Lead Renal Nurse to join their expanding team. This role involves working closely with Business Unit Managers to ensure alignment between clinical and commercial objectives. You will support Therapy Specialists in achieving KPIs and contribute to the strategic planning and training materials. Erfahrung in der Nierenpflege, idealerweise in der häuslichen Pflege.

Our client is a leading provider of services to the NHS, operating 52 partnership units that together provide regular treatment to NHS patients in the UK and are part of a global company treating over 300,000 patients worldwide. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Lead Renal Nurse to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with the Business Unit Managers to ensure commercial and clinical alignment.
Support the Therapy Specialists to achieve KPI’s and objectives.
Contribute to the overall strategic plan, tactics and KPI’s.
Support in the production and maintenance of training and educational materials.
Fulfil all clinical and product education and training requirements in line with account plans and objectives for the portfolio.
