Qualifications

Essential:

  1. Masters degree in Counseling/Social Work.
  2. 1-3 years experience in Clinical Therapy.
  3. Licensure required: LCSW or LPCC preferred; will accept LMSW with commitment to test within 1 year for LCSW.

  1. Provides individuals, family, and group counseling to persons with diverse diagnosis for senior/disabled adults.
  2. Development of plans of care implementation.
  3. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality outcomes for patients.
  4. Patient assessments and creative engaging activities to enhance group therapy.
  5. Assist patients in obtaining services to enhance their health and wellbeing.

The compensation range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to experience and training, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs.

Maximum Offer for this position is up to

USD $36.48/Hr.
