Silktide is self-funded and is more than doubling in size each year. Joining us now will mean you’ll be a big part of our growth and your career can skyrocket alongside our success.

What we’re like

Our customers love us (4.8 on G2) and our staff are pretty happy, too (4.8 on Glassdoor).

We believe in giving our team the freedom to innovate and make a real impact. We value creativity and initiative, allowing you the space to own your work and push boundaries.

What you will be doing

We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own and optimize our sales systems, data, and processes. You'll be the go-to expert for CRM management, reporting, and operational efficiency, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline workflows and improve performance by:

  1. Implementing, maintaining, and optimizing sales tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, automations, integrations) to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and forecasting reliability.
  2. Maintaining the sales playbook and onboarding resources to drive consistent execution and training for new hires.
  3. Overseeing contract management, vendor setup, and sales administration (RFPs, bids, vendor portals), collaborating with legal, finance, and security teams.
  4. Enhancing demand generation by improving lead data quality, prospecting lists, and attribution workflows.
  5. Refining sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate deal closures.
  6. Leveraging BI tools (like Looker, Power BI, ChartMogul) for real-time forecasting, performance insights, and data-driven decision-making.

Where you will be working

This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. You will work three days a week from our super cool, Birmingham city center office near Colmore Row.

You should join us if you:

  1. You have 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce.
  2. You’re highly detail-oriented and excel in troubleshooting and improving processes.
  3. You have experience supporting B2B SaaS sales operations and understand how to enable GTM teams for success.
  4. You are results-driven, with a proven track record of optimizing sales workflows and reducing inefficiencies.
  5. You have successfully managed large-scale data initiatives, ensuring accuracy and creating actionable insights.
  6. You have experience designing and executing sales enablement programs and training resources.

You should not join us if:

  1. You struggle to talk about complex data and numbers in a way that’s easy to understand.
  2. You shy away from fast-paced environments.
  3. You need someone to tell you exactly what to do.

What you will get in return

  1. A shiny new MacBook.
  2. 20 days paid vacation + public holidays, increasing with tenure.
  3. Private Insurance (Health, Dental & Vision) & Wellness Allowance.
  4. Company Sponsored Pension & Enhanced Paternity/Maternity.
  5. Casual Dress Code, Flexible Schedule, Weekly Paid Lunches & Monthly Company Outings.
