This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning, multidisciplined practice who provide expert services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a motivated Architectural Technician to contribute to the design work on a wide range of housing projects for their studios in Portishead.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need previous experience in a technician role for a UK practice, predominately working on projects within the residential sector. The successful individual will be proficient within AutoCAD, as well as being able to demonstrate a strong passion for residential design and placemaking.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Relevant experience working on residential and mixed-use projects
• Strong interest in residential design and placemaking
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Experience with Revit would be beneficial
• Strong visualisation and graphic skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Live within a commutable distance to Portishead
