Senior Town Planner - Skipton (Hybrid / Almost Remote)

Are you an experienced chartered planning professional looking for your next opportunity? A well-established multi-disciplinary business is expanding its planning team and seeking a Senior Planner to join them.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially aware planner to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across rural land and property. The role requires strong business development skills and a proven ability to manage planning projects effectively.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Delivering high-quality planning services to a varied client base.
  2. Managing projects, budgets, and client relationships.
  3. Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  4. Providing expert planning advice across a range of disciplines.

Location & Working Arrangements

This role is available nationwide, with hybrid working options. The company's head office is based in Skipton, North Yorkshire, and while flexible working is supported, some office-based days each month will be required.
