Contracts Supervisor (Building Services)

Kent

Up to £48,000 + Local Work + Training + Progression + Holidays + Pension

This company is a leading building services provider, offering a wide range of services to both residential and commercial clients. They're now expanding their team and seeking a motivated individual who has experience supervising contracts or has worked within a commercially focused position.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys, understanding the projects and their requirements, determining key variables for cost and other estimates, and using software to forecast and budget. You will essentially manage the full project lifecycle and gather firsthand information from sites.

This is the ideal position for an individual who holds similar experience within a commercial focused role, possesses a strong customer service attitude, and is looking to join a reputable, long-standing company.

The Role:

1. Managing the full contract lifecycle and gathering firsthand information from sites.
2. Building external relationships with clients.
3. Local work across sites in Kent.

2. Proven experience within a commercial focused role.

4. Lives within a commutable distance from Maidstone.
