Opportunity Details

People in the Project Management Team are responsible for planning and overseeing the Marketing team and the volunteer staff to ensure the projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

What you will do:

Project Managers usually work with coordinating the internal team and external team to ensure the projects are delivered according to the deadline, so they must have good communication skills and be resourceful.

They are also in charge of leading or executing projects/special projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee operations daily and ensure that work is done safely, on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards.
2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
3. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
4. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
5. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
6. Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
7. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
8. Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
9. Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
10. Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience in project management (preferred). Project Management Certification (PMP) (preferred).

Skills and Requirements

1. Fluent in English.
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
4. Proven ability to solve problems creatively and attention to details.
5. Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
7. Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a competitive environment.
8. Professional demeanor, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
9. Access to a PC/Laptop and Internet.

More Information

This opportunity is suited for a fresh starter or mid-level seasoned professional with Project Management experience who focuses on technology. Our company evolves in a niche market; thus, knowledge management in the Virtual Reality and 3D sectors is preferred.

Duration

Ability to commit 2-3 hours per day. 3 months duration. Strict adherence to this working timeline shall be enforced.
