The Role

Sonnedix is seeking a dynamic Head of Financial Analysis to drive financial insights and lead a talented team in delivering comprehensive valuations to our core business units. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across investment, company valuation, and project finance, ensuring accurate and actionable financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to shape processes, lead innovation in financial modelling, and directly impact Sonnedix's growth in renewable energy markets globally.

We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance. As the Head of Financial Analysis, you will not only lead your team but also play a hands-on role in evaluating investment opportunities, optimizing valuation processes, and embedding financial insights across the organization. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have a track record of success in financial analysis and infrastructure transactions, we would love to hear from you.

Desirable skills:

1. Experience: In financial analysis or related roles with leadership experience, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure.
2. Technical Expertise: Advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strong knowledge of M&A, project finance, and renewable energy economics.
3. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams, driving transformation initiatives and managing change.
4. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships across all levels.
5. Education/Certifications: CFA, CPA, or equivalent certifications preferred; fluency in English is required (additional languages like Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus).
