Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Manchester
Salary: Up to £37,000
Full-time | Office-based

Are you a recent graduate or a Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 1-2 years of experience looking to take the next step in your career to work with one of the worlds most renowned consultancies? My client is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team based in Manchester.

About the Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with senior team members on a variety of projects across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. You will support the successful delivery of larger schemes while also taking ownership of smaller projects, with guidance available as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying (essential).
• One to two years of experience in a similar role (or a recent graduate eager to develop).
• Strong communication, numerical, and analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm for professional development and working towards MRICS status.
